Zinc Alloy Die Casting
According to the processing technology, zinc alloy can be divided into deformation and cast zinc alloy. The cast zinc alloy has good fluidity and corrosion resistance, which is suitable for die-casting instruments, automobile parts, etc.
Zinc alloy die casting has a long service life and can be used for various surface treatments such as electroplating, powder spraying and oil spraying. Compared with the traditional process, it can melt the product at 385 ℃, which is easier to form and produce. Moreover, the mould has good mechanical properties due to its wear resistance.
Magnesium Alloy Die Casting
Magnesium alloy die casting can be made according to different shapes, sizes and requirements.
Advantages of magnesium alloy die casting: light weight and strong rigidity compared with aluminum alloy; environmental protection material compared with plastic, high hardness and anti magnetic wave interference; low cost compared with titanium alloy.
